Stays require a minimum reservation of three nights. Maximum occupancy is seven guest. To preserve the privacy and bespoke nature of the experience, Vigne Franceschini resort welcomes guests by direct reservation request only.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

We want every aspect of your stay at Vigne Franceschini Resort to be seamless, transparent, and worry-free. We kindly invite you to review the following terms before submitting your reservation request.

Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit, according to the terms communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Deposit & Payment
A deposit equal to 30% of the total reservation amount is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your reservation confirmation.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated directly during the reservation process.

Prior to arrival, guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the property.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.

• 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.

• 14 days or less before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

• Check-Out: by 10:00 AM

Alternative arrival or departure times may be arranged directly with the property, subject to availability.
