Stays have a minimum duration of three nights. Maximum guest capacity: 7. To ensure a tailored experience, we accept bookings by direct request only. For information, availability, or special requests, we are at your disposal. We will respond within 24 hours.

Booking and cancellation policy

We want every aspect of your stay to be peaceful and free of surprises. We kindly invite you to read the following conditions before submitting your request.

Booking confirmation
The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit, according to the terms communicated at the time of response to your request.

Cancellation

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 04:00PM to 08:00PM

• Check-out: by 10:00AM

Different times may be arranged directly with the property, subject to availability.

Balance and payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to secure your reservation. The balance of the stay must be paid by the date indicated in the booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
